2.1 All orders placed through this web site will be confirmed by email. In certain cases we may notify you that an order request can not be accepted in which case the order is cancelled and a full refund for any payment that has been made will be issued.
2.2 Acceptance of an order occurs when the order is confirmed by email, after which any licence or other terms and conditions associated with the order become binding.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order where (a) we are unable to complete the contract; (b) your payment can not be received; (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or (d) if you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
3. Pricing and Delivery
3.1 All prices shown on the site include the applicable VAT.
3.2 All prices include electronic delivery only.
3.3 All orders will be delivered within ten working days of acceptance of the order.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Once the order has been fulfilled there is no right of cancelation or refund. We provide free trials or ‘lite’ versions of all our software packages, allowing evaluation of the software prior to placing an order. Please sales@tsoniq.com to arrange a trial prior to a purchase. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
